3rd Course:  Grilled Pizza with Charred Cherry Tomatoes and Pesto

4th Course:  Blackened Pork Chops with Spinach

Wine Pairing:  Noemia A Lisa Malbec, Argentina


5th Course:  Espresso Gelato

Wine Pairing:  Wildhog Zinfandel, Sonoma
